PLAN DEVELOPMENT LOGOS

Created at Concept Stadium, this project focused on developing a series of real estate development logos for PLAN Homes, a local real estate developer. The goal was to expand their existing brand identity with new visuals that remained consistent with their current portfolio.

A line-art approach was used to reflect and complement PLAN Homes’ established development logos, ensuring visual coherence across their various projects. The stylistic direction emphasised a classy and sophisticated aesthetic, aligning with the premium positioning of the brand and the nature of their developments.

The resulting logos were designed to fit seamlessly within their wider visual identity while contributing fresh, refined elements to their branding toolkit.
